Premium Package
Prenatals
This package will include everything provided in the basic package, in addition to the following: practice of labor positions and relaxation techniques, practice with labor equipment (like birth ball, sling, etc.), teaching partner birth support methods (if applicable), plus an extra check in to address any lingering questions or emotional needs.
This package ensures you not only have head knowledge to waddle into the delivery room confidently, but also have the muscle memory for birth positions and use of equipment. Your partner will also have some tricks up his sleeve to assist you during labor for an intimate birth experience between mother and father or whomever you choose to accompany you in the delivery room.
Labor Support
No matter what package you choose, I will attend your birth at the location you choose to serve as your support and advocate.
On Call From 37 Weeks Until Birth
I will be on call for your labor night or day from 37 weeks until baby is here.
Postpartum Visit
I will visit you and baby in your home usually within the first 3 days as this is a critical time for the family. We will talk through the emotional processing of your birth, and I will be there to assist with whatever concerns arise such as lactation support.
